Lots of vocabulary, "cpas", "cpms", "creatives", "campaign structure". I'm sure this is a specialist discussion, but impenetrable jargon means outsiders can't understand. What does this mean?

When there's a Republican majority in congress, it's "Congress does bad thing". Democrat majority Congress doing bad thing is labeled explicitly by party. There is no media "liberal bias".
