Try Arch linux.

I definitely hate SOLID more.

One of my current favorite games is aimlabs. Click as many dots as you can in 60 seconds. There is no game, only skill.

Aimlabs has been significantly gamified, though the core is maybe more of a "toy"

It's really just typical corporate bs.

"I've been using the same account doing the same actions for 10 years what changed"

"We updated our policy 2 years ago. We have been sending you vaguely worded emails this would happen for 2 years, straight to your junk hotmail account you setup for this, why didn't you read them?"

Nothing nefarious unless you consider bureaucracy

Yep, I want to make stuff. Writing the code by hand was just a means to an end.

Matrox needs a mention somewhere. GPUs do raster too, and theirs optimized for an entirely different market.

I remember the Millennium as the first 3D accelerator. It didn't do texturing, but a lot of the games didn't need it yet. It still did gouraud shading.

If an app has a zip download or a Microsoft Store link, the zip download is always a superior experience. UWP is a huge fail

If my assigned tasks are A,B,C and I do all three 100% correctly, on time, etc, it makes zero difference on my impact.

I need to ignore those and do D,E,F instead to get promoted.

Cloud was taking off at the same time. Anybody in his spot would have been successful.

Nothing has changed.
